Thank you for choosing Four Seasons RV Rental for your Travel Trailer needs. Please read the following rental terms and conditions carefully. It forms any rental agreement you make with Four Seasons RV Rental. Rental prices, Policies and Conditions are subject to change without notice. Trailer rentals require a class III or higher trailer hitch and 2” trailer hitch receiver. Each trailer is equipped with the Ball Hitch and Weight Distribution Bars needed for towing. Please come to pickup with your hitch receiver empty.

Reservations
Reservations may be made through our online “Book Now” or “RV Listings/Reservations” sections, or calling Four Seasons RV Rental. All rentals have a 2 night minimum for typical dates. NASCAR, certain holidays and special events require a 3 night minimum.


Reservation Deposit 
A 25% deposit is required to secure the travel trailer rental, as well as valid driver’s license and the insurance information for the towing vehicle. The remainder of the balance is payable by cash, PayPal, or credit card during the rental pickup. If using PayPal, the transaction must be confirmed 24 hours prior to pickup / delivery. Reservations will not be held without the reservation deposit.


Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be cancelled and travel dates may be changed up to 14 days before the start of the rental.  For full refund of your reservation deposit, please contact us at least 2 weeks before the start of your rental. Cancellations within 14 days of the rental start date are non-refundable.


Insurance
Drivers must be 25 years of age or older. Each trailer is fully insured at no additional charge to the renter. The renter is responsible for any damages during your rental period. If an insurance claim must be file, the renter is responsible for the insurance deductible of $1,000.


Security Deposit
A refundable $500 damage deposit is required on our travel trailers that are picked up by the renter and a $250 damage deposit is required for deliveries. The deposit can be paid in either cash, credit card, pr PayPal. The deposit is to be paid prior to or upon pickup or delivery and is completely refundable if the unit is returned in the condition it was rented. If there are damages, the deposit will be held until the damages have been assessed and quotes given on repair costs. The damage deposit can be refunded by the method it was paid. Please allow 3-5 business days for the owner to begin the refund process. Please be aware it may take 7-10 business days for the credit card processing company to refund the deposit back to the card.


RV Pickup 
Each rental pickup or delivery is scheduled between the Owner and Renter. Once your reservation is complete the Renter will receive the contact information for the owner. Please allow 1- 1 ½ hours for pickup; we will do a thorough walk-through, explain all the working systems and trailer hook up.  Each trailer includes a how-to manual and we are always available by phone for any additional help through the duration of your trip. All travel trailers are typically equipped with 20 or 30 lb. propane tanks. Propane cost is included in the rental. Awnings are not to be used when winds are above 10 mph. Damage to awnings is the full responsibility of the renter. All towing equipment is included in the trailer. Your vehicle will need to be equipped with a Class III or Class IV receiver and a 7 way round connector. It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure that their vehicle is trailer ready, including any necessary adapters. Please contact us for assistance in determining the towing capacity of your vehicle.


Generator charges

Portable generator availability is limited. If available, generators range from $30-$40 per day. Please contact us for an exact quote.
